| Every night from November 23rd through to December 1st., the bar will host sets from some of its best-loved performers, a 1987 prices day, a jam night, a Charm birthday party and screenings of Blues Bar’s spoof productions: Fairy Godfathers and The Wizard of Bloz (directed by actor Hugo Speer). |

Richard Fox installs Morrissey Fox Blonde Ale in time for the party
Despite his hectic schedule, Richard Fox still has a strong connection with the Blues Bar. In fact, as well as offering his support in his leisure time, he has recently installed his and Neil’s new brew Morrissey Fox Blonde Ale as a guest beer in the bar in which he held fort for over ten years. “I’m so proud to see Blues Bar reach the ripe old age of 21,” he said. “Our pipe dream to run a truly great place for friends to relax and enjoy great beer and music came to fruition with Blues and it doesn’t surprise me that the place is still going strong. Simon and Sharon have done wonders in recent years and it is testament to this that it has a far-reaching fan base. It’s still my favourite bar in Harrogate and I’m delighted to be involved with it again through the Morrissey Fox venture. Happy 21st birthday, Blues Bar! I’m looking forward to the celebrations!” |
